After I finished and went back among the Red Hawk fans I felt like a celebrity. Everyone was so nice. One of the cheerleaders even had me pose with her for a picture!
I received a very nice e-mail from Holly Gera the Montclair Director of Athletics. Here's an excerpt:
Our thanks to Rudy for a terrific performance - everyone I spoke to really enjoyed it. (I thoroughly enjoyed it) The initial crowd reaction when the music went on and Rudy first ran out was priceless! So - yes - we would love to have Rudy AND Bear perform on November 2nd.
My canine Frisbee buddy, Bear, will be joining me on November
2nd at the Montclair vs. College of New Jersey game. Be
sure to come out and see us. The football game should be really good
too! :-)
