From the North
Find your way to the Garden State Parkway
South
(you can get to the
GSP from the following:
NY Thruway, Route 80, NJ Turnpike, Routes 3, 4, 10, 78,
80, 440 and more)
After crossing the Raritan River on the
Driscoll bridge stay right for
"Local Lanes"
Take Parkway Exit 109 (Red Bank,
Lincroft) then turn left (at light) onto Newman
Springs Rd. (Rte 520)
Go under Parkway overpass and make right immediately after it.
Get into
center lane and go straight across Newman Springs onto Half Mile Rd.
Follow Half Mile Rd to the end (guess how far?
You’re right! ½ mile) and turn left onto West Front St.
Approximately ½ mile on right look for a wooden sign saying Stevenson
Park
Turn in and follow the road to the parking lot at the end.
We’ll be there.
From the Southwest (and Phila.)
Find your way to NJ Turnpike to Exit 7A.
After Toll stay right onto Route 195 East (toward Shore, Six Flags Great
Adventure, Belmar)
Follow 195 approx 20 miles to Garden State Parkway.
Take Parkway North.
Where Parkway splits to Express and Local, stay right for
Local lanes.
Get off at Exit 109.
Get into center lane leading into traffic light then go straight across
at light.
You'll be on Half Mile Road (and will have just crossed Route 520 also
called Newman Springs Rd).
Follow Half Mile Rd to the end (guess how far?

this direction. There is also a mailbox for the park which has 940 posted on it.
Turn in and follow the road to the parking lot at the end.

From Southeast NJ
Take Garden State Parkway North.
Where Parkway splits to Express and
Local (after Asbury Park toll booth), stay right for
Local lanes.
Get off at Exit 109
(Lincroft, Red Bank)
Get into center lane leading into traffic light then go straight across
at light
You'll be on Half Mile Road (and will have just crossed Route 520 also
called Newman Springs Rd)
Follow Half Mile Rd to end (it's 1/2 mile long).
Turn left onto West Front Street.
Stevenson Park is 1/2 mile down on right. Just past an old house (also
on right) which has been moved....it's up on blocks.
There is a wooden sign saying Stevenson Park but it's hard to read from
this direction. There is also a mailbox for the
park which has 940
posted on it.
Follow the road to the top of the hill and you'll see us there.
